Speaking of fantastic…

Alright, I’ll admit it!  I went on a little blog vacay.  But no worries, the itch to brag needlessly about my children came back with a vengeance and so here I am typing away.  I have a photobox filled with so-cute-they-would-put-Winnie-The-Pooh-to-shame-pictures that I am DYING to share, so consider yourself forewarned that photos will appear in this post and subsequent posts that don’t relate to the journaling whatsoever.
That being said, to every cute person who has emailed wondering where I have been and how we are doing – thank you! We are doing fantastic!

Speaking of fantastic…

I told you my photobox would shame Winnie?!  He really is fantastic.

Okay, back to where I have been.  What has kept me busy besides loving the kiddos?
Well, hmmmm…
here are a few things:

* Learning Chinese!  We started having a tutor come once a week to our home to teach our whole family Chinese.  It’s been amazing how Ethan has picked it up so quickly.  He is going to be bilingual before you know it!  I, on the other hand, need some work. It’s been a long time since I lived in the PRC.  A few days ago, E tried to re-teach me the colors and finally told me that blue and green were enough for one day. 🙂
* Swim Classes!  Ethan and Vienna have been little fishes this past while.  Vienna has graduated to Extreme Waterbabies and Ethan is now in Super Aquatots!  Vienna can swim over nine feet alone and Ethan can swim eleven feet without help.  Boston will be starting this next session and I can’t wait to see our little splasher!
*Cooking!  I’ve been into scratch cooking lately. Everything from red velvet cupcakes, raspberry gelato, to homemade hamburger buns.  I’ve been cooking up a storm this past while.  Lee has been enjoying the fruits of my labor.  He says he wants to gain 3 pounds.  (I wish you could see my eyes rolling right now.)
Speaking of things that are scrumptious here at my house…

I could just eat this little man up.  He is a perfection confection in stripes.
Other things that have been keeping me busy are No Fuss Fabulous and my new little company, Loralee Lewis with No Fuss Fabulous.  I was excited to be featured on KSL’s Studio 5 for my cupcake skirts.  And now, I (finally) started selling my custom invitations and parties!  It’s been so exciting. My first week with my Alice in Wonderland celebration I sold seven parties, including an event for 200+ guests at the New York Botanical Gardens. (I wish I was that fancy!!)  It’s been so fun.  I just do it on my down time at night when the kids are asleep. It keeps my creative juices flowing and is something I really really enjoy. I think everyone should be celebrated and feel special and that’s what I try to do with my parties.  The best thing about them though, is that it gives me a reason to needlessly throw my children parties throughout the year. V has had so many fun parties this year and I can’t wait for B’s first birthday! It’s going to be so fun creating it.   I am now working on several parties, but the one I am most excited about is a Parisian Poodle Party. I can’t wait to finish it and share it with you.  It’s a lot of fluff and sparkle.
Since I mentioned sparkle…

This little princess is such a gift in our home.  Never mind that she refuses to let me take photos of her and will never look at the camera! I’m hoping the phase will end soon.  She does it her way and to be honest, I love her way. She is my spunky love.
Well, I better end otherwise you will get tired of me blabbing on relentlessly about my kiddos.  I will be back with more photos soon…much sooner than last time.
I hope you had a beautiful Sunday.  All my love,
