We got this adorable photo sent to our inbox and just had to post it! The quick thinking mom of this little boy turned our Marshmallow Garlands into adorable edible necklaces for an easy advent activity. We think the photo says it all. You can almost eat him up! This idea is fabulous for a day like today when the kids are more hyped for Santa than ever. Get those sugared-up kiddo’s hands moving by having them string marshmallow necklaces! Great idea, Laura! Another sweet twist on holiday gifts came from No Fuss Fabulous reader, Sid, in response to our stacked cookie labels. Sid’s family decided to donate to charity in honor of friends. The family interviewed each of their friends to find out what their favorite cookie was. Once they had their list of cookies, they went home and baked a dozen of each friend’s chosen cookies. The family then donated the cookies to a local Children’s Home that connects children in the state system with prospective foster and adoptive parents. Before sending the cookies, Sid photographed each batch of cookies, attached our labels to the photos, and mailed the photos off with a Christmas greeting to each friend. Sid, you are inspiring!
