When Elissa Stone of One Stone Events contacted me to create a custom collection for an important client (a former boss!), I couldn’t help but squeel. Elissa has styled cast parties for broadway productions, large and intimate weddings, as well as high end galas. She puts her heart and soul into each event and I knew when she was contacted me about a first birthday that the event would entail more than just cake and ice cream. Having a little one of her own, Elissa knows that the first year of life is quite the journey. With that in mind, she asked me to create a collection that would fit a journey/travel theme. I happily created a postcard invitation, as well as banners, stickers, water bottle labels, straw pennants, favor tags, and more for the special event! The one thing I loved most about creating this collection is that it’s versatile. I have already had clients request it many times for Baby Showers, Engagement parties, and even a 50th anniversary! Below is how Elissa implented my small contribution flawlessly into an intimate 1st Birthday Brunch for her client! The inspiration seems to drip from every photo. Once again, beautiful job, Elissa!
