We fell in love with Williams-Sonoma’s Peppermint-Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches last Christmas season, but were not inspired by the seven paragraph double-sided tiny print instructions! Let’s be honest ladies, Fuss-free is Fabulous (especially around the holidays). And nothing is less fussy than our take on those delectable Christmas creams.
We at No Fuss Fabulous simply bought a package of ice cream sandwhich cookies from our local supermarket, sprinkled Christmas colored non-pareils all around, and placed them on a holiday plate for our little ones to devour by the fire! The end result, tiny tots with their eyes all a-glow and a gift for mom as well: stacks of unused clean dishes!
