Every year, I throw a Cinco de Mayo dinner fiesta
to justify downing loads of guacamole and piña coladas
to celebrate Lee’s mission years in Mexico.
I just finished my Cinco de Mayo invitations for my upcoming fiesta and am embarrassingly proud.
I need to remind myself,
“Loralee, you didn’t establish peace in the Middle East. You created a paper square.”
But in all honesty, finishing anything with three little ones often gives the same feeling you get
when beholding the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
“Wow. How is that possible!?!”
…even if it’s just a paper square!
I think they are cute. I’ve made them available in digital format at my Etsy shop (for all those gringas like me out there who are running a behind), but thought I’d post them on my personal blog as well.
