When it comes to smelly luscious candles, most mommies no matter their age cannot get enough of them!!! Women love smelly luscious candles! Women also love little quotes that make their hearts melt or go all fuzzy. Today’s gift combines both for Mother’s Day present perfection. The Jewish proverb, “God could not be everywhere, so He created mothers.” is one of my favorites. Although, I know God can be everywhere, I do love the knowledge that He relies on us as mothers to help in His work. This simple candle is to remind your special mothers of how valuable they are to Him.
Here’s what you do:
1) Purchase a small 4oz. candle with a scent you love! I used Glade’s candles. You can find them in the air freshener section at your grocery store.
2) Remove the label from the candle.
3) Print and cut out our No Fuss Fabulous Mother’s Day Candle quote.
4) Apply quote to the candles using double stick tape or an adhesive of your choice.
5) Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how lucky they are to have you as a daughter!
6) Give the candle to your special mother. Tell her how grateful you are that God made her a part of your life.
7) Pull out your hankie.
