Rice Krispies<br \/>\n1 c. coconut<br \/>\n1\/2 c. chopped walnuts<br \/>\n1\/2 gallon of vanilla icecream<br \/>\nFresh strawberries and strawberry topping<\/p>\n<p>Mix butter and brown sugar.  Add Rice Krispies, coconut, and nuts.  Take very large round scoops of vanilla ice cream and cover completely with a thick layer of Rice Krispie mixture.  Place them in your ice cream dish of choice.   Add strawberries, straberry topping, and serve!  <strong>No Fuss Fabulous <\/strong>note:  You can easily prepare the &#8220;fried&#8221; ice cream scoops ahead of time, wrap them in saran wrap in the freezer, and then add your fresh strawberries and strawberry topping right before serving.
