\"bit-of-irish_cheesecake\"I have nothing against homemade cheesecake.\u00a0 In fact, the opposite is true.\u00a0 I am all for<\/em><\/strong> homemade cheesecake (just ask my husband).\u00a0 I say this just to clarify, since I have already once with my Martha\u2019s Spiderweb Cheesecake No Fuss Style\u00a0<\/a> endorsed store-bought cheesecake over homemade.\u00a0 \u00a0So I\u00a0 wanted everyone to know that Annie and I love homemade cheesecake!\u00a0\u00a0We do not discriminate against cheesecakes of any kind.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n

But sometimes when you are a woman on the run, you don’t have time to make homemade cheesecake. That’s where Costco comes in for me.\u00a0\u00a0I dash in with my fabulous four and half inch Gucci pumps that make me feel together even when I am not and grab\u00a0a beautifully made cheesecake.\u00a0 Once home, I rip open the box of heaven and think about how I can give the dessert\u00a0a personal touch within minutes.<\/p>\n

Stealing an idea from fabulous Kraft’s Foods<\/a>\u00a0website, I made their \u00a0Bit-of-Irish Cheesecake<\/a>\u00a0much easier.\u00a0\u00a0“Much easier” may be an understatement considering\u00a0I did not actually make the cheesecake at all.\u00a0 (In complete honesty, I don’t know how happy\u00a0Kraft would be about it since I\u00a0didn’t need to purchase any of the Kraft foods included in the recipe, but to suppress my guilt I will buy several extra<\/strong> packages of shredded Kraft cheese next time I am at the supermarket. I hope you will do the same<\/em>.)<\/p>\n

So let’s cut to the chase. Here’s what I did:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Bought a cheesecake.<\/p>\n

2. Opened the cheesecake.<\/p>\n

3. Took a large Shamrock cookie cutter and gently placed it in the center of the cheesecake.<\/p>\n

4. Sprinkled green nonpareils inside the cookie cutter.<\/p>\n

5. Gently lifted the cookie cutter off the cheesecake.<\/p>\n

6. Basked in my domestic goddess glory.<\/p>\n
