I held a Witches Tea this week!\u00a0 This year, I used Shakespeare’s Macbeth as my inspiration.<\/p>\n

\u00a0By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes. <\/strong><\/em> Macbeth Act IV<\/em> scene 1<\/p>\n

Although beautiful, the photos do not do\u00a0the event justice – I just wish ya’ll could be there with me in person!\u00a0\u00a0 As\u00a0inspiration for the decor, I took direction from a witch statue my mother created for me\u00a0two years ago.\u00a0 (Just when I begin to believe I am a tiny bit talented, my mother begins molding collector-type dolls out of clay!)\u00a0If you look closely in the second photo, you can see\u00a0the witch standing on the left hand side.\u00a0 I adore Halloween, but this year I was not in love with the traditional orange and black palette for an adult event.\u00a0 (Even though I LOVED the\u00a0color combo for\u00a0the children’s Halloween party <\/a>I styled for Babiekins Magazine. ) I wanted something a little more classic and\u00a0mature for this particular event.\u00a0 The witch my mother created\u00a0is\u00a0all in creams, blacks, and classic white.\u00a0 So I took the hint and ran with it!\u00a0 Below is\u00a0a glimpse into the event! \u00a0(P.S.
