<\/a>I had all these huge plans, ladies. \u00a0When I hit my 1000th client, I was going to have real fireworks come out the screen when you came to my blog (I’m talking the fabulous illegal kind)…and somehow a man would ring your doorbell at the exact same time <\/strong><\/em>and hand you\u00a0one thousand\u00a0of your favorite flavored <\/strong><\/em>cupcakes\u00a0with<\/strong><\/em> sparklers on them.\u00a0 It was going to be so<\/em> special.<\/p>\n

Instead, I hit my 1000th client without even noticing\u00a0because I was running around with my head cut off and then this happened…<\/p>\n

…and I had to take 2 1\/2 weeks off to sleep.<\/p>\n

Seriously.<\/p>\n

But then this morning, I woke up rested (well, as rested as\u00a0a mom of three under five can be) and realized I had to get back to work!<\/p>\n

So I did the only sensible thing I could think of.\u00a0 I typed in: www.nordstroms.com<\/a> into my address bar this morning and bought myself this<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ladies, I am\u00a0just going to be honest with you.\u00a0\u00a0Nothing gives me more of a surge of energy than an overpriced handbag.\u00a0 I have no idea why I didn’t do it in the first place. \u00a0I am FILLED with energy now.\u00a0 Just imagining it being shipped to my door fills me with design ideas.\u00a0 So I am back in the driver’s seat.<\/p>\n

Here’s what I’ve got on the docket to share!<\/p>\n

1) My Boston’s Birthday:\u00a0 It’s going to be TERRIBLY special.\u00a0 Simply because he is!\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

2) Babiekins Magazine <\/a>Sneak Peek Fall Photo Shoot:\u00a0Babiekins Magazine\u00a0<\/a>(my dream children’s magazine) asked me to design a Halloween party for\u00a0their upcoming\u00a0fall issue.\u00a0\u00a0 I can’t wait to share a little sneak peek of what I did for them.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Wait!\u00a0 Wait!\u00a0 Wait it gets better!\u00a0 THEN\u00a0they asked me to be their Party Editor and so there is so much more to tell you…<\/p>\n

3) It’s a Jolly Holiday with Sharnel Dollar<\/a>.\u00a0 Sharnel Dollar who has done parties for Oprah (…wait…. let me repeat that, SHE HAS DONE PARTIES FOR OPRAH<\/em><\/strong>!) asked\u00a0ME to collaborate with her on her daughter’s upcoming Mary Poppin’s inspired 7th birthday party.\u00a0 So I (without a moment’s hesitation) designed a Mary Poppins Jolly Holiday Collection for her and cannot wait to share with you a few sneak\u00a0peeks of that!\u00a0 She is just so fabulous.<\/p>\n

4) Gender Reveal Party\u00a0with Kate Landers<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 Darling-as-ever-children’s-event-extraordinaire, Kate Landers<\/a>, contacted me to design\u00a0 products for her\u00a0Make Way for\u00a0Ducklings themed event this past month.\u00a0\u00a0 I had a wonderful<\/em> time working on the project and collaborating with Kate!\u00a0 I can’t wait to show you the products I designed for her.\u00a0 I\u00a0was happy with the way everything turned out.\u00a0<\/p>\n
