I had quite the week.<\/p>\n

First, my much more talented, doctor, excellent-at-everything sister, Angela, came into town to begin the first stages of our entertaining site, No Fuss Fabulous<\/em>. More of No Fuss Fabulous <\/em>to come on our official start date September 22nd.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But here is quick sneak-peak photo of one of our first Halloween parties we created, “The Mad Scientist.” It’s fabulous. Stay tuned.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Back to the story. Apparently, Livy (her adorable daughter) had a difficult flight. Let’s just say, Angela labeled the Delta flight “Hell on Wings.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Vienna comforted Liv with an unstable awkward hug. She had been on rocky flights before as well.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And they began chatting like old times. Livy is an excellent listener…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Vienna expressed a lot of concerns about my parenting style.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then I cracked my head open and had a concussion. No need for pictures. So I bought myself this coat. Notice my head tilted to the side so you won’t see the shaved area with stitches. And please, no comments about how it’s summertime in Texas. For me, there is never a wrong season to buy a coat.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I got to pup-tend Sable, a friend’s adorable baby pomeranian. Again, notice the careful tilt of the head. Sable is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I don’t want to give her back!! Would you?
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I wasn’t allowed to sleep due to the concussion so I joined Facebook and found a lot of past friend blogs. I know a lot about my friends now. It’s been great. I guess the whole world joined Facebook years and years ago.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Livy and Ethan decided to create a swimming pool out of the sandbox while I was at the hospital. They just sat in it with their clean clothes on.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then, again when I was “watching the children”, Ethan decided to paint my floor with blue food coloring. I can’t believe how sneaky and quiet he is. Angela refers to him as “a ninja toddler.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We decided to contain the children by going to the Fort Worth Zoo. It was so fun. The kids had a blast…until the elephants.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Apparently, Alyvia is allergic to elephants…really allergic.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

So we took the kiddos home and let them splash it out. I know I am biased but I swear it was like a model baby photo shoot with all them in their skinnies smiling and splashing. It was so cute.<\/p>\n

And then Angela and Liv had to go back home. And, of course, I cried. Which was so funny because I had had a grumpy grimace on my face the whole week (due to the pain) and Angela kept saying, “Do you just want me to leave?” I would say, “Of course, not!!!” But I think she wondered because I did look funny most of the week. And then she did leave and I was SO<\/em> sad. But the good news is that we have the fun memories and it won’t be long before I twist her arm to come out again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
